All laboratory fees pertaining to the scheme will be invoiced by HI Health Ltd to the member. All veterinary procedures are payable to the vet.

All the above tests are routinely performed twice weekly, and testing frequency is increased if necessary. The results of routine antibody tests for all four infections and Johnes PCR will be reported within 4 working days of sample receipt. BVD antigen tests take 2 working days, and may have to wait for results of BVD antibody tests, so may take 6 working days. Any positive test in a previously negative herd will automatically be repeated for confirmation. Neutralisation tests take several days, and on the rare occasions when they prove necessary testing will take 1-2 weeks.
All results are reported to the member, and a copy is sent to their vet and to HI Health administration.
